for Business
- We are an adult only caravan site
- The pitch fee is based on a maximum of two adults, one caravan/motorhome, awning and one vehicle located on the hard standing pitch
- Additional adults will be charged as detailed on the online booking system
- When booking you will be required to book the actual pitch required for your stay. Therefore, you must situate your caravan on the pitch you reserved at the time of booking
- Additional vehicles are not encouraged, but if required then they must be parked as directed by staff
- There will be a charge for additional vehicles
- You may cancel your booking at anytime. Cancellation will be effective on the date it is received by us and no refund of deposits will be made. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the first date of the booking will require payment in full. In the event of a cancellation by us, our liability shall be limited to the return in full the monies paid in connection with your original booking.
- Advance bookings may at times be subject to minimum stay periods and payment in full at the time of booking. Failure to meet these requirements will mean your booking is immediately cancelled.
- Should any vehicles require assistance or towing, we shall not be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle/caravan/motorhome.
- Boats, trailers or similar are not permitted to be brought on site
- Commercial vehicles of any type are not permitted on site
- Pitches should be vacated before 12 noon on the morning of departure unless prior consent is obtained
- Arrival on site is permitted between 2pm and 8pm – failure to arrive by 8pm on your day of arrival without contacting us before this time will lead to cancellation of your booking.
- Please do not arrive during the night or the early hours of the day.
- Reserved pitches will be held until 8pm on the day of your arrival. If you are delayed on your journey, please update us by telephone or email
- The minimum tariff for selected dates is detailed in the online booking option
- Smoking is not permitted within the shower/wc building or within the farm yard and surrounding buildings
- Barbecues are permitted provided they are raised off the ground to prevent scorching of the grass.
- Camp fires are not permitted
- Mini motorbikes, scooters, remote controlled cars or drones are not permitted to be used on site
- Chinese lanterns (or similar) or fireworks are not to be lit/used on any part of the site
- Kite flying is not permitted on the site
- A deposit is required per booking prior to confirmation of the booking
- The payment of the balance is due prior to the day of your arrival
- No refunds can be given if guests depart prior to the end of the period booked
- No visitors to the site are permitted. This ensures that all pitches enjoy the peace and tranquillity that the location offers
- Please observe the strict speed limit on site of 5mph
- Well behaved dogs are permitted. All dogs must be under full control by their owners at all times
- Dogs must be kept on a lead and not allowed to roam freely
- Dogs must not to be left unattended
- Cats are not permitted on site
- No loud music/audio is to be played at any time. If we consider any noise to be unnecessary then we may ask you to leave the site. Please keep all noise levels to a minimum between 10pm and 8am.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry, or eject from the site any person causing a nuisance or disturbance to the Proprietor or other users of the site
- This is a livestock farm. Please do not feed or approach the animals.
- Hot and cold water is provided free for personal hygiene only and is not supplied for washing cars or caravans
- The use of a shower is provided as part of your booking charge. We ask that you do not operate the shower for more than 10 minutes per use. Other guests may be waiting to use the shower
- Bow Hill Farm accepts no responsibility or liability for loss or damage to cars, caravans and any such vehicles left on the premises
- Any damage to property or any injuries must be reported to the Proprietor/staff
- Bow Hill Farm Proprietor and staff will not accept any responsibility or liability for injuries, loss of personal possessions or damage to personal property sustained on these premises
- It is your responsibility to ensure that any insurance cover you have provides adequate cover for your needs for the duration of your stay
- We do not send unsolicited email communications and we do not sell, exchange or trade email addresses with third parties
- Your booking details will be used only for the purpose of handling your reservation
- We reserve the right to change any Terms and Conditions and Pitch Fees at any time without prior notice. We will endeavour to inform you of any changes that may effect your booking
- Bow Hill Farm shall not be in breach of its agreement with the client if it fails to perform its obligations or delays its performance as a result of acts of God, industrial action, strike, lockouts, general or partial stoppage or restraint of labour from what ever cause, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of Bow Hill Farm
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and Bow Hill Farm and the client agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in the event of any dispute between them, whether arising out of contract or otherwise
